About us
We specialise in the treatment of injury, disease or musculoskeletal problems by physical methods for example massage, manipulation or exercise.

The most common areas of the body that we treat are the back, neck, shoulders, hips and knees. Other areas that are not as common but can also be treated with physiotherapy are the elbow, wrist, hand, foot and ankle.

Routine assessments, or in relation to ongoing health issues, providing advice on reasonable adjustments.
Driving assessments
Set up and use of vehicles used for work, providing advice on driving posture, vehicle adjustments and methods of managing work related problems.
Our physiotherapy treatments
Manual therapy
We are fully trained in manual therapy techniques which involves mobilising or manipulation of joints that are not moving as they should.

Massage or soft tissue
Techniques to assist with soft tissue problems or tightness, mobilise soft tissues and improve movement.

Electrotherapy
The use of machines such as therapeutic ultrasound, interferential or TENS as part of a treatment plan.

Acupuncture
A useful technique that can help with pain relief by stimulating the central nervous system and inducing biochemical changes that could stimulate natural healing abilities in our body.

Physiotherapy treatments are not always suitable for everyone. If we feel our services are unlikely to help a potential patient we will let you know and sign post you to someone who may be able to help.
